Priced on your volume, not a guess.
We do not publish a per-seat number, because the honest answer depends on your channels, hours, languages and how complex your product is. What we will do is quote in writing within 24 hours of seeing your volumes.
Three models. We will tell you which one suits you.
Per seat
A fixed monthly rate per dedicated agent. Best when volume is steady and predictable, or when you want agents who work only on your account and know your product deeply.
- Predictable cost
- Deepest product knowledge
- Wasteful if volume is spiky
Per ticket
A rate per resolved contact, banded by complexity. Best when volume swings with seasons or campaigns and you do not want to pay for idle capacity.
- Cost tracks demand
- Needs a clear definition of a resolved contact — ours is in the contract
- Harder to budget month to month
Retainer
A monthly fee for a defined scope of work — review response, a customer relations programme, or reporting. Best when the work is a programme rather than a queue.
- Scope defined in writing, not by hours
- Simple to approve internally
- Scope changes need a conversation
Pricing is customised based on project scope, service requirements, coverage hours, staffing needs, communication channels, integrations and expected support volume. We do not publish fixed package prices, because a number that ignores those variables is a number you would have to renegotiate.
What moves the price
- Coverage hours. Business hours costs less than 24/7. Weekend and public-holiday cover is priced separately and stated separately.
- Languages. English and Spanish are standard. Additional languages add cost proportional to how hard that skill is to staff.
- Complexity. A password reset and a disputed insurance claim are not the same contact and are not priced the same.
- Channel count. Voice costs more than asynchronous channels because it cannot be batched.
- Service level. A two-minute first response costs more than a four-hour one. We will tell you when the faster tier is not worth it for your business.
What is never a surprise
- Onboarding cost, stated in the proposal before you sign
- What happens to the price if volume exceeds the band, agreed in advance
- Notice period and exit terms, on the first page rather than the last
- Any pass-through costs, itemised
- No charge for the initial audit
Tell us your volumes. We will send a number.
