This site is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to any particular service level. Service levels are agreed per client and written into a signed contract.

We keep the site current and correct known errors promptly. Where a fact is not yet confirmed we mark it as such rather than guessing. Figures described as illustrative are illustrative.

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, copy the design or written content for a competing offering, or misrepresent your identity when using the contact form.

The written content, illustrations, design system and code of this site belong to RevRepute unless credited otherwise. The templates offered on the resources page are licensed for you to use and adapt in your own business, including without engaging us.

Where we link to another site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the website alone. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the liability we accept under a signed services agreement.

These terms are between you and RevRepute LLC, and are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The specific emirate, court or arbitration forum for any dispute is set out in each client's signed services agreement rather than asserted here, because the right forum depends on the engagement. Where a client or visitor is based in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer or data protection rules, those rules apply regardless of what this clause says.
