Privacy notice

What we collect from you on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Effective date: 6 September 2026

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is RevRepute LLC, incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, providing customer relations and reputation management services to businesses worldwide with support operations across the Middle East and Asia. Our registration number and registered address are supplied on request to anyone exercising a data protection right, and to clients and procurement teams as part of contracting.

For anything in this notice, write to privacy@revrepute.com.

Two different roles

When you use this website or contact us about our services, we are the controller of your personal data and this notice applies.

When we handle your customers' data while delivering a service to you, we are a processor acting on your instructions. That relationship is governed by the data processing agreement, not this notice.

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, your approximate contact volume, and whatever you write in the free-text field.

From your use of the site: standard server request data, and analytics on which pages are read. We do not use advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties.

Why we use it

To prepare and send you a proposal, to answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of our dealings with you. We rely on your consent for the enquiry itself, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business for the analytics.

We do not add enquirers to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Our CRM and email providers, as sub-processors under contract. A current list is available on request. We do not transfer personal data outside the jurisdictions named in that list without an appropriate safeguard in place.

How long we keep it

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide contracted services and to meet applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements. When personal data is no longer required it is deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable retention obligations. Client-specific contractual or legal retention requirements may override our general operational periods.

Your rights

Data protection law across the region is not uniform, so we work to the strongest applicable standard rather than the most convenient one. In practice that means you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent — wherever you are, and whether or not your own jurisdiction grants that right. Frameworks we hold ourselves to include the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, and the GDPR where your customers are in scope. Our own entity is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and is subject to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Write to privacy@revrepute.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics provider is currently deployed. The only thing stored on your device is your own cookie preference. Strictly necessary storage operates by default; anything optional requires your consent, can be refused as easily as accepted, and can be changed at any time from the footer of every page. The cookie policy lists everything in full.

Changes

If we change this notice materially we will say so at the top of this page and, where we hold your contact details in connection with an active discussion, tell you directly.
